The City of Medford (here in to referred to as Owner) invites the submission of qualifications for: Wildfire Program Management and Grant Administrator

Responses must be returned no later than 5:00pm PDT, August 21, 2026. Late qualifications shall be rejected. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to ensure responses to the RFQ are submitted prior to the deadline.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all qualifications not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject, for good cause, any and all qualifications upon the finding that it is in the public interest to do so. The City reserves the right to waive any and all informalities if it is deemed in the best interest of the public.
