Proposal: The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality proposes to certify completion of all actions required by Consent Order 23-03 with Roseburg Forest Products for remediation of hazardous substances at a portion of the former Medco mill site in north Medford. This project has resulted in both environmental and economic benefits.
