HEARING
Pursuant to Article X, Section 2(c) of the Ashland City Charter, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ashland City Council will hold a public hearing on August 4, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, 1175 E. Main Street to consider:
Legislative Planning Action PA-T1-2026-00297 a request for a "similar use"
interpretation as provided at AMC 18.1.5.040 regarding the distinction between "private parking" and "public parking" as a regulated use.
