HEARING ON PROPOSED SALE OF ASHLAND CITY-OWNED PROPERTY
Pursuant to ORS 221.725 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ashland City Council will hold a public hearing to discuss the proposed sale of property on August 4, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, 1175 E. Main Street.
Description of Property: The City of Ashland intends to sell a City owned .35-acre parcel located in the North Mountain zone (391E04AD TL#100) in Ashland, Oregon.
Proposed uses: The proposed use of the property is development consistent with North Mountain Multi-Family Zoning requirements as established by Ashland Land Use Ordinance.
Reason for Sale: The City of Ashland has declared the property surplus, meaning that the property is no longer required for any current or future municipal needs and its highest and best use would be for private development.
