of Conserved Water CW-148
CW-148 filed by Julie Caputo, 8191 South Fork Little Butte Creek Rd., Eagle Point, OR 97524, proposes to conserve water by converting from an open ditch and flood irrigation to a pump and sprinkler irrigation system. The conservation project from South Fork of Little Butte Creek is expected to conserve approximately 0.0756 cubic foot per second (cfs) and 27.5724 Acre-Feet (AF) under Certificate 17226 with a priority date of July 1, 1907.
The Applicant proposes 100% of the conserved water (0.0756 cfs/27.5724 AF) be protected in South Fork of Little Butte Creek for Certificate 17226 and proposes to move the point of diversion to Sec. 11, T37S, R2E, WM.
The project appears to be consistent with the requirements under ORS 537.470. Any interested person may submit written comments directly related to CW-148 within 20 days of the last date of newspaper publication, being by 5:00pm on November 1, 2025. Comments should be sent to the attention of the ACW Program, Water Resources Department, 725 Summer Street NE, Suite A, Salem, OR 97301.
