The State of Washington to Caitlin M. Davis:
You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty (60) days after July 23, 2026, and defend the above-entitled action in the above-entitled Court, and answer the petition of the Petitioner, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorney for the Petitioner, at his office below stated; and in case of your failure to do so, judgment will be rendered against you at a hearing set for Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 9:30 AM at Walla Walla County Superior Court, 315 West Main, Walla Walla, Washington, according to the demands of the petition in this action, which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court.
The object of this action is to obtain approval from the Court for Petitioner to distribute Respondent's trust share to the Oregon State Treasurer as unclaimed property.
